Our company started in 1991 after a successful venture in Western Massachusetts. The business is located in Dedham, MA, and was formed in the Boston area, focusing on building hazards such as sick building syndrome and poor air quality. We then naturally progressed to focus on asbestos, radon, and lead paint testing.

Our First Air Quality Sampling
In 1992, we conducted our first air quality survey for mold (fungi) on a property to investigate the cause of mold development (in an attic) that was causing damage to a private home. This test was carried out long before most mold (fungi) testing companies, laboratories, and consultants considered mold testing in the building industry to be a viable business.
